Associate Director of Implementation

Remote Role / 5&5 Restaurant Consulting (a Tijoh Brand) / Full-Time

About the Role

We’re looking for someone well versed in the functionality and implementation of the restaurant industry’s best SaaS solution providers. You’ll work with some of the most well-known brands in the restaurant space with the sole goal of ensuring clients are launching on their chosen tech solution stack as quickly, efficiently, and effectively as possible. As an implementation leader within 5&5, you’ll also support and guide newer implementation team members to ensure company best practice is being followed.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure clients are launched successfully and effectively on their chosen SaaS solution stack

  • Develop client relationships to ensure a successful implementation

  • Focus on allocating the best possible levels of client satisfaction to deliver solutions to client concerns, including configuring changes related to the SaaS solution dashboard

  • Effectively consult on best practices to consider and implement across the client organization

  • Work collaboratively with our SaaS solution partners to develop strong relationships, leading to successful client launches

  • Support the growth and optimization of 5&5’s implementation practices to continue to deliver effective strategies for client brands

What We’re Looking For

  • Tactful communication skills to clearly and articulately resolve issues that arise during client implementation

  • High level of organization and ability to balance multiple projects and managing different priorities

  • Ability to not only work independently on clients but also collaboratively with the greater team to proactively resolve any client concerns

  • 3-4 years of direct experience with the Olo platform (online ordering) is required

  • Must have experience implementing the Olo solution

  • Ideal candidate would have experience implementing other SaaS solutions with Olo, such as Loyalty through companies such as Paytronix, Spendgo, and Punchh
