Loyalty Manager
Remote Role / 5&5 (a Tijoh Brand) / Full-Time
About the Role
We’re looking for someone well versed in the functionality and implementation of the loyalty platforms. You’ll work with some of the most well-known brands in the restaurant space with the sole goal of ensuring clients are launching and running their loyalty programs effectively and consulting on loyalty strategy using industry best practices. As a loyalty leader within 5&5, you’ll also support and guide newer loyalty team members to ensure company best practice is being followed.
What You’ll Do
Ensure loyalty campaign and offer requests are launched successfully and effectively on our loyalty partner platforms
Develop client relationships as a trusted loyalty resource
Focus on allocating the best possible levels of client satisfaction to deliver solutions to client concerns, including configuring and managing their loyalty program as well as troubleshooting issues
Assist in driving implementations and management of loyalty programs by collaborating with brands on best practices and executing tasks
Work collaboratively with our loyalty partner contacts to develop strong relationships, leading to successful client launches
Work with and support the loyalty team members to optimize 5&5’s loyalty services execution and overall client experience.
What We’re Looking For
1-2 years of direct experience in at least one loyalty platform (Paytronix, Punch, Spendgo, Thanx, etc..) creating and executing campaigns and consulting on loyalty best practices is required
Experience in implementing a loyalty program a plus but not required
Effective communication and analyzation skills to assess loyalty campaign requests and articulate best practice recommendations
Keen attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot quickly
High level of organization and ability to balance multiple projects, as well as managing different priorities
Ability to not only work independently on clients but also collaboratively with the greater team to proactively resolve any client concerns
