  • Retreat Requirements

    1) All participants must show proof of COVID vaccination.

    2) Passport or Visa to travel to Mexico

    3) Employed before August 2022

  • What's Covered

    1) Round Trip ticket to the destination
    *Individuals who opt for a seat upgrade are responsible for covering the difference from the economy ticket

    2) Airport Shuttle from Airport to Resort and Resort to Airport (only applies if staying at Excellence Riviera Cancun)

    3) All group activities and meals

  • Plus 1 Details

    Each employee is allowed to invite 1 guest who will be rooming with you.

    During the purchase of flight tickets, a request for seat assignment can be requested but not guaranteed.

    Plus 1’s are responsible to pay for their airfare and activities. Pricing is listed on each excursion/activity detail page.

  • Extended Stay Details

    For people who are interested in extended stays, you have the option to arrive 7 days before 10/5 or 7 days after 10/8. People who aren’t arriving or leaving during the retreat dates are responsible to coordinate their own transportation from the airport to the accommodations and accommodations to the airport. We will further determine the amount of people who will be allowed to take PTO per day and per department but otherwise, PTO requests will be first come first serve and once the daily cap is reached, the next available slot within the 7 day window will need to be requested.

    Employees either have the option to choose a buddy to share a room with or you can book your own room (will be given $150/night towards lodging). Rooms must be booked in the same hotel under our room block.

Note: Employees who join or will join within August 2022 will not be able to attend the Company Retreat. For every upcoming annual retreat, employees must be employed at least 3 months before the retreat date.

We’re excited to be hosting our inaugural company retreat. This is an all-expenses paid trip for all full-time Tijoh employees, including Airfare, Transportation, Accommodation, Dining and a Spending Stipend to use during our trip.

We’ll use this time to connect remote teams to build interpersonal relationships, enjoy a well-deserved vacation and discuss about how we can continue to optimize and grow the business.
