Candidate Referral Program

All employees can refer people to as many open roles as they like.

If an offer is extended and accepted by a candidate that you referred and the candidate stays at least 3 months, you’ll be paid $300 (for US-based candidates only).

Candidates referred outside of the US will be paid $100.

Candidates who require a VISA are also not applicable as we currently don’t provide sponsorship. Referrals will be paid out once a candidate is employed for 3 months.

Sales Referral Program

Any referrals that net out a sale across any of our brands, present and future, will earn a 5% gross commission payout based on the value of the purchase or agreement.

The referral program only applies to brands that are not already contracted with Tijoh or any Tijoh-affiliated brands. Roles that are commission-based are also excluded from the referral program. Sales outside of the USA are also not applicable.

Referrals are only applicable when submitted via the form below. If the referral isn’t located within the system, even if the candidate was employed, eligibility for commission is inapplicable.
